About This Event
The Laser Run combines precision shooting with cross-country running in an exciting format. Athletes alternate between shooting targets with laser pistols and running set distances. This event tests both accuracy under pressure and cardiovascular endurance.

- Own running shoes (no spikes)
- Age requirement: 12 years and above
