Our Story
Rwanda Pentathlon Association was founded with a vision to bring the exciting and challenging sport of modern pentathlon to Rwanda. Modern pentathlon, which combines five disciplines - fencing, swimming, equestrian show jumping, pistol shooting, and cross-country running - represents the ultimate test of athletic versatility.
Since our inception, we have been committed to developing local talent, providing training opportunities, and creating a pathway for Rwandan athletes to compete at national, continental, and international levels. Our programs cater to athletes of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to elite competitors.
Through partnerships with international federations and local sports organizations, we continue to grow the sport in Rwanda, building infrastructure, training coaches, and organizing events that showcase the incredible talent of Rwandan athletes.
